Instructions
  1. Combine all marinade ingredients in a blender. Blend to thoroughly combine.
  2. Place chicken thighs in a resealable plastic storage bag or large non reactive bowl. Pour marinade over chicken. Toss to coat chicken with marinade.
  3. Refrigerate overnight, preferably 24 hours.
  4. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat, and lightly oil the grate.
  5. Remove the chicken thighs from the marinade. Discard the remaining marinade. Grill the chicken thighs on the preheated grill until cooked through, about 5 - 7 minutes per side.
  6. Garnish with diced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
Recipe Notes

You really need to use thigh meat for this recipe to be perfect.  Boneless skinless thighs are very thin, be careful to not over cook.  

Serve with Mango Salsa and you have a match made in heaven!
