  1. In the bowl of a small food processor, add garlic cloves, olive oil and pinch of kosher salt. Whirl to combine.
  2. Add lemon juice and mayonnaise. Whirl to combine. Let rest in refrigerator for at least 1 hour to combine flavors.

About Baking Nana

Each morning my granddaughter Sarah calls to ask, "Watcha doing, Nana? Are you baking Nana?" Hence my "name" Baking Nana.
