Instructions
  1. Combine the marinade ingredients in a zip lock bag and add the chicken. Marinate at least 1 hour up to 24 hours.
  2. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil, sprayed with cooking spray. (Reynolds Non Stick Foil works great for this.) Preheat oven to 425°
  3. Combine the breading ingredients in a shallow plate or bowl. Dip marinated chicken into the breading, turn and coat well. Place on prepared baking sheet. Spray the top of the breaded chicken with cooking spray.
  4. Bake on lowest rack for 20 minutes. Turn chicken over and bake for another 10 mins.
Dipping Sauce
  1. Combine all the ingredients for the dipping sauce and refrigerate to allow the flavors to develop.

About Baking Nana

Each morning my granddaughter Sarah calls to ask, "Watcha doing, Nana? Are you baking Nana?" Hence my "name" Baking Nana. I am a mother to three wonderful children and a grandmother to 12 very hungry grandkids. I don't bake fancy cakes but I do make wonderful yeast bread and home cooked meals made with love.
